Due to the vast experience acquired over 40 years working at the customers service, Ricardo Fuentes e Hijos has become the leader on the salted and smoked fish market in Spain, growing every day, opening new markets, innovating, looking for the best technical alternatives and increasing the quality of its products.

The Company

Ricardo Fuentes e Hijos’ new factory, which opened in 2003, is located in La Palma’s industrial area and belongs to Cartagena city district, with a built area of 5.800 m2 and a production capacity of 1.500 mt per year. The factory counts with the most innovative techniques of cutting, salting, drying and smoking, in compliance with the strictest health standards that impact in an increasing quality of the final product.
